Create a Reward Category

To create a Reward Category:

  1. Select Rewards from the top navigation bar, then select Settings > Reward Categories from the side navigation menu. The Reward Categories screen is displayed.

  2. In the Display Name field, enter a name for the new Reward Category.

  3. Click Create. The Edit Reward Category pop-up window is displayed.

  1. The Label field is populated with the value you entered above; optionally edit this value.

  2. The Internal Name is automatically populated based on the Display Name value. This field is not editable by default. To edit the Internal Name, check Edit Internal Name. A confirmation dialog box is displayed; click Ok. Edit the Internal Name value.

  3. Optionally, to assign a thumbnail image to this item, click Choose File. Browse to and select the desired image file, then click Open.

  4. Optionally, in the Description field, enter a description of this item.

  5. Click Save.

Add a Reward to a Reward Category

After creating the Reward Category, you can begin adding Rewards to it. However, you can't add Rewards to the Reward Category from the Reward Categories screen. Instead, you must navigate to the Reward Details screen, and add the desired Rewards one at a time to the Reward Category.

To add a Reward to a Reward Category:

  1. Select Rewards from the top navigation bar, then select Rewards > Rewards from the side navigation menu. The Rewards screen is displayed.

  2. Search for and select the desired Reward (see Search for a Reward for more information on the available search options). The Reward Details screen is displayed, with the Definition tab selected by default.

  3. Within the Reward Details section of the Definition tab, from the Categories drop-down menu, select the desired Reward Category. Optionally repeat this step to assign the Reward to multiple Categories.

  4. Click Save.
